Zumba® Fitness macht Spass! Mit Freunden und Kollegen einen Zumba-Kurs besuchen, ist wie Party machen. Das Gefühl, das bei Zumba® Fitness entsteht, ist einfach unbeschreiblich und macht regelrecht süchtig!

 

Zumba® Fitness ist einfach! Die Tanzschritte sind leicht nachzutanzen und jeder kann sofort mitmachen. Frauen und Männer, aber auch Kinder können an Zumba® Fitness Kursen teilnehmen.

 

Zumba® Fitness ist Aerobic gepaart mit heißer Latino-Musik. Die verschiedenen lateinamerikanischen Tanzstile wie Salsa, Samba, Merengue, Cuba, Calypso, Reggaeton und Hiphop lassen die Hüften schwingen. Man hat Spass und realisiert gar nicht, dass man ein solides Workout macht.

 

Zumba® Fitness ist anders! Die meisten klassischen Fitness- und Gruppenkurse umfassen repetitive Bewegungsabläufe, die trotz verschiedener Frequenzen irgendwann langweilig werden. Das dynamische Zumba® Fitness ist anders – es ist ein sehr abwechslungsreiches Programm. Zwischen den schnellen und langsameren Rhythmen bleibt Zeit zum Durchatmen.

Bei Zumba® Fitness arbeitet der ganze Körper: Die Beine sind ständig in Bewegung durch die Basisschritte, die Arme kommen aus eigenem Antrieb hinzu und das ganze Herz-Kreislauf-System kommt in Schwung. Dadurch wird die Fettverbrennung und Gewichtreduktion angekurbelt.
